Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wild Sense, [Your Address, Email, Phone]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email or letter).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of their return.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
