These GTC apply to all consumers and entrepreneurs who use the Site or purchase products via the Site. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Contract Language & Applicable Law
Contracts are concluded in English.
German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer residing within the EU, this does not affect the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
3. Conclusion of Contract
Product displays on our Site are not legally binding offers but non-binding online catalogs.
A binding contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, especially in the case of suspected fraud or payment issues.
4. Print-on-Demand Production & Product Availability
All products are manufactured on demand after an order is placed.
Therefore, delivery times may vary and depend on the production and shipping location.
We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices shown on the Site include VAT (where applicable) but exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
You can pay using the payment methods offered during the order process.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Such changes do not affect orders already placed.
6. Delivery & Shipping
We ship internationally, including to countries within the EU and North America.
Shipping is handled by external service providers (e.g. DHL, UPS).
The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination and product.
Delivery may be delayed due to production time, especially for on-demand items. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Please refer to our separate Withdrawal Policy for detailed information, including exceptions related to custom-made products (Art. 312g BGB).
Products that are clearly personalized or produced according to your specifications (e.g. printed-on-demand clothing) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
8. Retention of Title
Until full payment is received, the goods remain our property.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.
Liability for indirect damages, loss of data, or lost profits is excluded unless legally required.
10. Warranty & Defects
You are entitled to statutory warranty rights.

We reserve the right to verify and inspect reported defects and provide a replacement or refund accordingly.
Color deviations between product images and the delivered item may occur due to screen settings and production variation. These do not constitute defects.
